Sometime late last night it happened. A few beers turned into a couple providers. We added brizzly and img.ly pushing us to that magic number, 101. Wikipedia tells me that 101 is a great marketing tool. We shall use it. That's right, Embedly now offers 101 ways to embed content! It's also the emergency number in India, so maybe not a great marketing tool.

We have covered most the major image and video providers out there. We really start to level the playing field at this point. It doesn't matter where you choose to post your content through the lens of Embedly it's all treated the same. Fun fact. Youtube and Twitpic are not the most embedded services through Embedly. SoundCloud and yFrog are. Giving every provider the same opportunities that the bigger services have is something we are proud of.

We served 150,000 embeds yesterday and that number is trending up. We continue to get new services and blogs using Embedly daily. Here are a few that we haven't mentioned that use Embedly.
